WHAT DO WE NEED TO FOLLOW BALANCED DIET?

People need a balanced diet for daily activities during the day, where we will need lots of different vitamins and minerals for better performance in our routine.

The food pyramid is a guide that allows people to choose a healthy diet; an example it would be balanced daily diet that has 55% carbohydrate, 30% fat and 15% protein, vitamins and minerals.

The junk food contains small amounts of nutrients that the body needs and with a high fat, sugar and salt. These elements can be obtained in excess in our body easily as Potato chips, candy and soda drinks, that they are harmful to our body.
Today there are several myths about different good and bad food views about people are still keeping their beliefs as:

·        Cleans teeth apple: The apple can´t replace the toothpaste, but it contains little sugar which causes decay.
·        The pumpkin fat legs: No. food can act specifically on any area of the body.
·        Lettuce prevents cancer: Yes. The different kinds of lettuce and leafy greens help to reduce the risk of cancer, especially the stomach.
·        It is good to eat yogurt when you take antibiotics: Yes. Antibiotics destroy your intestinal flora and lactobacilli the reconstituted yoghurt.

In conclusion, the food is healthy and harmful to the body properties. Helps us to develop energy for the proper daily functioning. Some food which has good taste. We can find easily to eat and they are more likely make is to be fat, but food with flavor unpleasant it is more beneficial to our body. It is that bad taste is better for us.
